This position is responsible for designing and submitting program proposals and managing the logistical aspects of University global study tours (Customised Group Programs). If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working closely with academic groups, this role offers the opportunity to send students to various locations around the world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing program proposals and managing logistical planning.
- Developing relationships with Australian university partners.
- Handling inquiry management and travel reservations.
- Creating educational itineraries and support documents.
- Facilitating follow-up, evaluations, and finance administration.

As the Coordinator, Global Study & Volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate applications and enrolments for CISaustralia’s global study and volunteer programs. This role involves partnering with ethical organizations to provide students with hands-on experiences that inspire personal and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating applications and enrolments for global study and volunteer programs.
- Partnering with ethical organizations to create impactful experiences.
- Providing support and guidance to program participants.
- Ensuring academic credit for study programs.
Based in our Gold Coast office, this full-time position also offers the possibility of permanent part-time employment for the right candidate.
Are you a digital marketing whiz with a flair for creativity? Join our team as the Coordinator, Digital Communications, and take the lead in promoting CISaustralia through various digital platforms. From social media to e-newsletters, you’ll play a crucial role in showcasing our programs to both B2C and B2B audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing digital communications platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Spearheading digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Creating engaging content and leveraging media from program participants.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
